Hi, I’m Colette — but most know me as The Biohacking Mama. I’m not a doctor or a scientist. I’m a mother. A truth-seeker. A woman who refused to accept burnout, chronic pain, and debilitating anxiety as “normal.” There was a time when I felt unsupported and overwhelmed — stuck inside a model of health that wasn’t built for women, let alone mothers. And then came the realization that changed everything: The conventional path wasn’t working. Not for me. Not for my family. So I made a decision — to do whatever it takes to heal, no matter the cost. But first, I had to unlearn everything I thought I knew. Over nearly a decade of deep healing, scientific research, and nervous system restoration, I cleared my chronic pain, rebuilt my resilience, and stepped out of survival mode — into sovereignty. That journey led me into the powerful, ever-evolving world of biohacking — where science, frequency, and intuition collide. And it gave birth to The Biohacking Mama — not just a brand, but a movement for women and mothers ready to reclaim their health, raise their frequency, and rewrite their story. Today, my work spans multiple dimensions: I speak on leading wellness stages, sharing real tools and lived experience. I mentor women around the world, helping them take ownership of their wellness. I served as Associate Casting Director for sHEALed — a groundbreaking documentary featuring over 75 of the world’s top experts in women’s health and longevity. I’m the lead peer-review journalist for Biohack Yourself Media, where I connect with the top brands and innovators shaping the future of frequency, recovery, and optimization. Newly featured as a Family Health Optimization Expert on Life Network. A newly released uncensored social health network founded by Ben Greenfield and Caleb Applegate But more than anything — I live this. Every product I recommend, every modality I teach, is something I’ve vetted through my own body, my children, and my home. I translate science into real-world support that works for families — because wellness should be accessible, embodied, and aligned.
